"Requested a refund , decided not to go with State Farm. I will send an email asking how would I like my refund and I said I wanted it back to my original payment method. This was on December 2. I was just notified yesterday that they mailed a check yesterday December 10 not acceptable. Not to mention I was told I would receive it in 30 days. Not a reputable insurance company."

"First let me say David my agent was awesome. I suffer with severe ptsd and he was patient and understanding. He even laughed at my corny jokes. David managed to save me about $6000 a year yep you read that right $6000 a year. I would make the suggestion to anyone, even if your happy with your current insurance company, give David a call it doesn't cost you a dime to see if he can save you money and if he can then it was absolutely worth your time. To any vets out there thinking about it David is very very friendly and understanding when it comes to people with PTSD."
